In the event of an audit, am I supported by you and your forms?

We have never missed an opportunity to talk to the government and represent any one.  You do not have to have used our forms for our support.  We will represent our tax preparation on government forms for free.  May the audit be relative to what expenses have been claimed, we may have to charge a fee. We can provide a quote.

How will I know which forms I need?

The keyword you would use on the use of the form will provide groups of forms.  If you are not locating the form necessary, email us and we may reply with the actual form name. Any free forms may be downloaded at no charge, you may view them, test them at your convenience.  The fee forms have a picture with brief instructions beside the document for your viewing.  May you receive the document and within 7 days discover the document does not work for you, email us and we will replace the form with the appropriate document.

What is the difference between your free forms and the ones that cost money?


The free form has the details required but will likely need your calculations.  The fee forms will do the calculations once you provide the person information required.

I have just started a small business, what are the most important (helpful) forms would I need?


I would want to suggest you get your hands on some Canada Revenue Guides through their forms number of 18009592221 or go on line to www.cra.gc.ca.  Once you have had an opportunity to read the General Business Guide you might discover you want to explore our free ½ hour consult on business administration and bookkeeping strategies.  We do these consults over the phone, if you are long distance, we would respectfully request you phone us.

How computer literate do I have to be to use these forms?

All of the forms are written either in word or excel.  You would need some basic keyboarding skills and know how to save and open files.  Most of the forms provide a step by step guide with in the form so you would basically be in an input environment not a preparing or programming.

Do I need a certain (specific) computer program to run (/use) your forms?

You will need Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Do all your forms have instructions on how to use them?

The fee related forms have a “prepare” manual when necessary.  The free forms are going to require your reading of the form to complete the necessary calculations.  The fee forms are to minimize your calculation needs.

I travel a lot for medical treatment, do you have a form to help me keep track?
